Cancellation policy

Whether you receive a refund, and how much, depends on how far in advance you cancel and how far along the trip has already progressed.

The exact refund bands — including the cut-off times and the percentage returned at each stage — are set per booking and shown on your booking confirmation. SAYO does not publish a single universal schedule because the terms vary by route length, provider type and the stage the trip has reached when you cancel.
